How it Works
1. Select your Test strips type and Manufacturer.
2. The different manufacturer types of strips in the table at the right side of the page. Find your test strip in the table and click on it. You can select up to three types of test strips per order.
3. Please fill out your contact information to the left of the page.
4. Click SUBMIT to complete your order.
