Shipping Label And Forms

Thank you for your interest in sending us your unused and unexpired diabetes test strips. We value your trust and are working towards building a long term business relationship with you.

 

Our process is simple and is listed as follows:

 

1. Please place the enclosed shipping label on your package when shipping the material to us.
   
2. Please also enclose the ‘Shipped By’ and the ‘Shipment Detail’ forms with the package in order to get paid.
   
3. We pay for your shipping and it includes a tracking number, please keep that number with you to track your package. We do not have the personnel to check your package, but you can always confirm delivery using the tracking number. This step is important to know because if you call us, we will be unable to verify receipt. Again, please confirm delivery through the post office using your tracking number.
   
4. We will call you if we have any questions regarding your package or if we receive merchandise that is open or expired or about to expire, we will mail it back to you, if you so choose, but you will have to cover the shipping for this return package, so please check your boxes for expiration dates before you mail them to us.
   
5. We will process your payment 21 days from the receipt date, please be patient till then, but do let us know if you do not get a check within 28 days (adding time for mail delivery) of the receipt date.
