1. It is your responsibility to read this agreement carefully, so that you may understand your rights and obligations before you participate in our program that we offer from Cash4diabetesteststrips.com. By participating in the Cash4diabetesteststrips.com program, you hereby accept the terms & conditions outlined below.
   
   

   I agree to the following terms and conditions of the Cash4diabetesteststrips.com diabetes strips buying program:

   
   
2. I am an individual of at least 21 years of age


3. I am the sole and rightful owner of the item being sold through the Cash4diabetesteststrips.com program. I also understand that if any item that I trade in turns out to have been a lost or stolen item, I will not receive any compensation for the item.


4. Cash4diabetesteststrips.com will only return items if I have provided the appropriate return postage amount.


5. Cash4diabetesteststrips.com will not accept or provide compensation for boxes of diabetes test strips that have been opened, damaged or otherwise tampered with. All boxes must retain their original and unbroken seal.


6. Cash4diabetesteststrips.com will not accept or provide compensation for items that are expired upon receipt of delivery by Cash4diabetesteststrips.com.


7. I understand that the condition of the item when it arrives at Cash4diabetesteststrips.com's place of business is solely my responsibility.


8. I agree and understand that the value assigned to the item after its receipt and inspection by Cash4diabetesteststrips.com is in fact, final and non-negotiable. I also agree that this value may be less than the estimated or presumed value I have been quoted, and may even be zero.


9. I understand that Cash4diabetesteststrips.com is a medium for selling only extra diabetes strips that I lawfully own or possess with rights to sell.


10. I agree to transfer all right, title and interest of the item to Cash4diabetesteststrips.com upon each item’s receipt and inspection at their warehouse.


11. I understand that Cash4diabetesteststrips.com has not made any representation that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to a fair market value.


12. I agree that Cash4DiabetesStrips.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to: Cash4DiabetesStrips.com will not possess any liability to you in excess of the final value assigned by Cash4DiabetesStrips.com for the item. In no event will Cash4DiabetesStrips.com or its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to Cash4DiabetesStrips.com, be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, incidental or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages arising out of this agreement.


13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to settle any dispute with respect to the purchasing program by arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act in the city of Houston, Texas at the offices of the American Arbitration Association, with each party paying exactly ONE HALF of the cost of the arbitration proceeding. I agree that by entering into this Agreement, I am waiving the right to a trial by jury and agree to only bring claims in my individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.


14. There must be a minimum of five (5) boxes to be mailed to us. Anything fewer than five (5) boxes does not qualify for reimbursement. Also note that they must be in sealed boxes, no vials.


15. We prefer an expiration of six (6) months or more. If the expiration is three (3) months or less, we are not interested in buying these products. If the expiration is three (3) to five (5) months, you will be reimbursed at ONE HALF of the cost.

Minors

As our offers are a legal agreement, they are currently not available to minors or those otherwise prohibited by law. If you are a minor, or otherwise legally prohibited, please refrain from using out website. Your right to use Cash4diabetesteststrips.com may be voided if you do not comply with the terms of this agreement.

Stolen and Lost Merchandise

Cash4diabetesteststrips.com does not and will not accept stolen or lost boxes of diabetes test strips. It is the responsibility of the user to make sure that the merchandise has not been reported lost or stolen, and that any legal issues resulting from such merchandise are solely the responsibility of the user and not Cash4DiabetesStrips.com.
